Mission Statement
The Enterprise Data Centre AI Assistant (DC AI) represents an internal knowledge portal specifically engineered for data centre engineers, operations staff, facility managers, and compliance auditors.
In mission-critical infrastructure, unverified or hallucinated information during an HVAC failure, power anomaly, or audit can cause catastrophic downtime. DC AI solves this by enforcing absolute retrieval boundaries: if information does not exist within approved corporate manuals, Alice refuses to guess.
Air-Gapped Isolation
All LLM inference and vector search operations run strictly on internal servers without external cloud dependencies.
Multi-Tier Approval
Documents are held in an operator staging sandbox until an Administrator verifies authority and promotes them to global search.
Lineage Tracking
Every chunk in the vector store maintains SHA-256 hashes, page coordinates, and exact document version metadata.
All user logins, query traces, attachment uploads, admin approvals, and parameter modifications are stamped with client IP metadata and written to persistent activity log streams for SOC2 / ISO-27001 auditing.
